Who writes for aimag.me

All content on aimag.me is written, reviewed, or fact-checked by Tomasz Fiedoruk, founder of aimag.me. Tomasz is an engineer and product designer who has been studying tarot symbolism, Jungian archetypes, and the psychology of self-reflection since 2024. He is responsible for every editorial decision on the site.

For longer guides and data-driven articles, Tomasz consults with practicing tarot readers and psychology research before publishing. Specific contributors are credited where relevant.

How we use AI

aimag.me is an AI-assisted tarot platform. We are transparent about where AI is and is not used:

  • User readings are generated by Large Language Models (currently GPT-5 family from OpenAI and Claude Sonnet from Anthropic) interpreting user-drawn cards. Each reading is unique to the user, not a templated response.
  • Editorial blog posts are written by humans and may use AI for first drafts, research synthesis, or translation. Every published article is reviewed and edited by Tomasz before going live.
  • Programmatic card pages (78 cards × 6 templates) are generated from a structured database of card meanings authored by Tomasz, with AI-assisted prose for length and consistency. The data behind every page is human-curated.
  • Translations across our 7 supported languages (EN/PL/DE/FR/IT/ES/PT) are AI-assisted and spot-checked. Errors can be reported to [email protected].

Methodology and sources

Our editorial framework draws from three traditions:

  1. Rider-Waite-Smith tarot symbolism as the deck reference (1909, public domain).
  2. Jungian archetypal psychology for interpretive depth — Jung's Man and His Symbols, von Franz's work on individuation, and contemporary Jungian writers.
  3. Modern self-reflection research — narrative therapy, journaling studies, and randomness-driven reflection literature.

Where we cite specific researchers (e.g., Vohs, Frank, Grant), we link to their primary work. Where we publish original data (e.g., card draw statistics), we disclose sample size, methodology, and limitations.

Accuracy commitments

  • Tarot is symbolic, not predictive. We do not claim cards predict the future or transmit messages from any external entity. Readings are reflective tools, not oracles.
  • Tarot is not therapy. Articles touching mental health (anxiety, grief, relationships) are framed as reflective exercises and link to professional resources where appropriate.
  • Tarot is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Health, legal, and finance questions are explicitly redirected to qualified professionals.
  • Errors are corrected publicly. When we publish factual errors, we update the article with a visible "Corrected on [date]" note rather than silently editing.

Updates and freshness

Articles display both a publication date and (where applicable) a "Last reviewed" date. Major content updates trigger a new "Last reviewed" timestamp. Our flagship data article — What 1,370 Tarot Readings Revealed — is updated quarterly as our dataset grows.
