Terms of Service

1. Service Description

aimag.me is a web application offering AI-powered tarot readings. The service is a reflection and self-analysis tool. It is NOT a fortune-telling service, clairvoyance, or life coaching. Interpretations generated by AI are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. Eligibility

The service is available to persons who are at least 18 years old. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Minors should not use the service without the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Account Terms

An account is created using an email address and password, or via third-party sign-in (Google, Apple). One email address may be associated with one account. The user is responsible for the security of their password and connected accounts. In case of unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to use the service in accordance with its intended purpose. The following are prohibited:

  • Abusing the service, including intentionally circumventing reading limits or creating multiple accounts.
  • Automated data collection (web scraping), copying, or redistribution of content generated by the service for commercial purposes.
  • Using the service for purposes that are unlawful or to transmit illegal content.
  • Impersonating other persons or organizations.

5. AI Interpretation Disclaimer

Tarot card interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence models and are for entertainment and reflection purposes only. They do NOT constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. The user utilizes interpretations at their own risk and should not make important life decisions based on reading results.

6. Service Availability

aimag.me is provided on a "best-effort" basis. As an AI-powered service, we actively and frequently update our infrastructure, language models, security systems, and inference pipeline to deliver the highest quality interpretations. These updates are an inherent and necessary part of operating a modern AI service and may occasionally result in brief service interruptions. We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage, response time, or uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (hosting, AI model providers, payment processors) over which we have no direct control. AI-generated tarot interpretations depend on external language model providers whose availability, quality, and output may vary. We reserve the right to change, replace, or discontinue specific AI models at any time to improve interpretation quality. 7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated interpretations will be accurate, complete, or useful. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aimag.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For free-tier users, our liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding EUR 50. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law, including Directive (EU) 2019/770. If you are a UK consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The service is intended for entertainment and personal reflection only — do not rely on AI interpretations for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.

8. Force Majeure

aimag.me shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, failures of third-party cloud or AI service providers, government actions, and strikes. During a force majeure event, our obligations are suspended. If such event continues for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, either party may terminate the subscription, and the user is entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of any prepaid period.

9. Scheduled Maintenance and Service Interruptions

AI-powered services require regular maintenance, including language model updates, inference infrastructure upgrades, security patches, and performance optimizations. These updates are essential to maintaining interpretation quality and are performed frequently. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily limits or suspends access to the service. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance. We reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance at any time without prior notice when necessary to protect the security, integrity, or availability of the service. Maintenance periods do not give rise to any right to compensation or refund, except where maintenance exceeds seventy-two (72) consecutive hours — in which case paid subscribers may request a pro-rata extension of their subscription period.

10. Service Modifications, Suspension, and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, including available tarot spreads, AI models, interpretation length, reading limits, and user interface design. Because our service relies on rapidly evolving AI technology, we regularly update and improve our systems to ensure optimal quality. Changes that materially reduce the functionality or limits of a paid plan (including pricing increases or reduction of reading limits, history, or AI response length) will be announced at least thirty (30) days in advance by a notice in the service, and if a change significantly and negatively affects your use of the service, we will inform subscribers on a durable medium, as required by law. Such changes take effect at the start of the subscriber's next billing cycle following the notice period — subscribers retain their current plan conditions until then. If you do not agree with the announced changes, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile, and your current conditions remain in effect until the end of your current billing period. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice to paid subscribers with a pro-rata refund. We will notify holders of pack credits of a permanent discontinuation by a notice in the service and on the aimag.me website at least seventy-five (75) days in advance; from the day of the announcement we stop selling packs, and you can ask us to restore expired credits (section 11) only within 10 days of the announcement. Credits with a validity period remain usable on their existing terms — they expire under their own validity period before the service ends. Credits without a validity period remain usable until the service ends; for any left unused we will refund you within 14 days of that date, using the same payment method or, if that is not possible, by bank transfer to an account you provide. We will likewise refund the value of any credit that is still valid on the day the service ends, including if the service ends earlier for reasons beyond our control. The refund is calculated separately for each pack: the amount actually paid for the pack (after discounts and promo codes, in the currency of payment — PLN or USD) divided by the number of credits in the pack and multiplied by the number of unused credits from that pack; used credits are counted against the earliest-purchased packs first. Credits received without payment are not refundable in money. Free-tier access may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

11. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions auto-renew on the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). Annual plans include a "pay 10, get 12" discount (you pay for 10 months and receive 12). You can cancel any time in profile settings — your current period continues until its end date. New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. Refunds (subscriptions): pro-rata refund within 14 days for the unfulfilled portion of the billing period only (you expressly consent to immediate service supply at checkout). For annual plans, pro-rata is calculated on a per-day basis. One-time purchases (Pack, Unlock, Timed Pass) — once digital content is delivered, no refund applies, per Art. 38(13) Polish Consumer Rights Act / Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU. Plan changes: 30 days advance notice; current conditions remain until end of cycle.

Reading packs. A pack is a one-time purchase of a set number of credits (1 credit = 1 reading), added to your account right after payment. Credits from packs purchased on or after 9 October 2026, 12:00 UTC, are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase, that is until the end of the 60th day after the purchase date; we show the exact date before payment and in your profile, and we also state the validity rule in the purchase confirmation. Each new pack purchase extends all your unexpired credits to 60 days from the date of that purchase; an extension never shortens validity. Credits with the earliest expiry date are used first. Credits from packs purchased earlier do not expire, nor do credits from packs purchased with a billing address in the United States or its territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands) or where the billing country cannot be determined; buying a new pack does not change them. If pack credits expire, we will restore them free of charge once, for another 60 days, if you ask within 3 years of expiry (aimag.me/contact); restored credits that expire again are not restored. After a permanent discontinuation of the service is announced, you can ask for restoration only within the period in section 10. Expired credits are not refunded, and credits cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash, unless section 10 or mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may change these terms for valid reasons: changes in law or decisions of authorities, changes in the scope, features or way the service is provided (including AI providers and models), changes in prices or payment methods, security needs, or preventing abuse. We publish the new terms at aimag.me/terms with their effective date and a summary of changes, and we show logged-in users a notice in the service with the option to save the new text. Changes that are unfavourable to users take effect no earlier than 30 days after publication; where the law requires information about a change to be given on a durable medium, we will provide it in that form. Changes do not apply to packs purchased before they take effect or to the current, paid billing period of a subscription. The new terms bind you from the moment you accept them in the service or at checkout. Without that acceptance, you can use your paid subscription period and purchased packs on the previous terms, your subscription will not renew on the new terms, and other account features will be available after acceptance once the changes take effect. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Polish law. For consumers: disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. For non-consumers: disputes shall be resolved by courts of Czaplinek, Poland. EU consumers may use the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). UK consumers may refer disputes to a UK-approved ADR body (gov.uk/consumer-protection-rights). Designated point of contact for authorities under the Digital Services Act: aimag.me/contact.

15. Complaints and Remedies

If the digital service does not conform to the contract, you have the right under Directive (EU) 2019/770 to request: (1) bringing the service into conformity at no additional cost; (2) a proportionate reduction in price; or (3) termination of the contract if the lack of conformity is not minor. To file a complaint, contact us at aimag.me/contact describing the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. Customer service by email is free of charge.

16. System Requirements and Compatibility

The service requires: a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge — latest 2 major versions), a stable internet connection, and JavaScript enabled. The service is optimized for screens 320px and wider. No additional software installation is required. Updates to the service are applied automatically; we will notify you of updates that materially change the functionality.

17. Right of Withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital content supplied immediately upon payment: by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. No minimum commitment period applies to subscriptions — you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. 18. Intellectual Property and User Content

All intellectual property rights in the service (including software, design, branding, and original content) belong to MAGNET MEDIC Tomasz Fiedoruk or its licensors. AI-generated tarot interpretations are provided under a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license for your private use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content. You retain all rights to the questions and personal context you provide. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely for the purpose of generating interpretations.

19. Language

These Terms of Service are available in multiple languages. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your use of the Service involves fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, use of disposable email addresses for repeated free-tier access, chargebacks without good-faith dispute resolution, or automated access in violation of our usage policies. In case of suspension, we will notify you via email within 24 hours and provide an opportunity to appeal within 48 hours. Appeals are reviewed by a human within 5 business days. This process constitutes the human review mechanism under Article 22(3) of the GDPR where applicable. Accounts terminated for confirmed fraud will not receive refunds for unused subscription periods.

Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with aimag.me. This policy describes our refund terms for subscriptions and one-time purchases. All payments are processed by Stripe.

2. Subscriptions (Seeker & Mystic)

All subscription plans include a 3-day free trial. During the trial, you will not be charged. After the trial ends, the following refund terms apply:

  • Free trial (3 days) — cancel any time during the trial at no cost.
  • Within 14 days — pro-rata refund for the unfulfilled portion of the billing period only. You consent to immediate service supply at checkout, which limits refunds to the unused period.
  • After 14 days — no refund. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation prevents future charges; the current period continues until its end date.

3. One-Time Purchases (Pack, Unlock, Timed Pass)

One-time purchases deliver digital content immediately. By checking the consent box at checkout, you waive your right of withdrawal under Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act / Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU:

  • Reading Pack — you lose your right of withdrawal once the first reading from a pack credit is generated (you consent to this at checkout); from then on no refund applies. A pack with no credits used is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase; after that, on a goodwill basis at our discretion. Credits from packs purchased on or after 9 October 2026, 12:00 UTC, are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase, and each new pack purchase extends all your unexpired credits to 60 days from that purchase; credits from packs purchased earlier, with a billing address in the United States or its territories, or where the billing country cannot be determined, do not expire. Expired credits are not refunded unless mandatory law requires it; if you ask within 3 years of expiry, we will restore them free of charge once, for another 60 days, and after a permanent discontinuation is announced, only within the period in section 10 of the Terms. Refunds on permanent discontinuation of the service — Terms, section 10.
  • Reading Unlock — non-refundable. The digital content is delivered immediately upon payment.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at aimag.me/contact with your account email and the reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

7. EU Withdrawal Form

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, EU/EEA consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. You may use the standard form below or send a clear statement to aimag.me/contact.
