Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with aimag.me. This policy describes our refund terms for subscriptions and one-time purchases. All payments are processed by Stripe.

2. Subscriptions (Seeker & Mystic)

All subscription plans include a 3-day free trial. During the trial, you will not be charged. After the trial ends, the following refund terms apply:

• Free trial (3 days) — cancel any time during the trial at no cost.
• Within 14 days — pro-rata refund for the unfulfilled portion of the billing period only. You consent to immediate service supply at checkout, which limits refunds to the unused period.
• After 14 days — no refund. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation prevents future charges; the current period continues until its end date.

3. One-Time Purchases (Pack, Unlock, Timed Pass)

One-time purchases deliver digital content immediately. By checking the consent box at checkout, you waive your right of withdrawal under Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act / Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU:

• Question Pack — once any credit is consumed, the digital content is considered delivered; no refund applies. Unused full packs may be refunded on a goodwill basis at our discretion.
• Reading Unlock — non-refundable. The digital content is delivered immediately upon payment.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at aimag.me/contact with your account email and the reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

7. EU Withdrawal Form
