1. When we refund

Refunds are due in particular on withdrawal within 14 days (Terms, section 5), non-conformity of the service (section 6), termination after a material change to the service (section 7), and termination by us or discontinuation of the service (section 9). On withdrawal:

Reading pack — you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase as long as no reading has been generated from a pack credit (on the conditions in section 5).

Reading unlock — you can withdraw within 14 days as long as the full reading has not been made available (on the conditions in section 5).

30-day access (Poland) — if you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the price less the period supplied until withdrawal.

Subscription — if you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the price less the period supplied until withdrawal (the trial is free). Cancelling the subscription in your profile stops future payments, and the paid period runs to its end.

2. How to ask for a refund

The simplest way to withdraw is online via “Withdraw from contract here” (aimag.me/withdraw-contract, also at the bottom of every page); you get a confirmation of receipt right away. Send your withdrawal or refund request by e-mail to [email protected], stating your account e-mail address; you may use the model form below but do not have to. After a withdrawal we send the refund within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method (Stripe); the time until it is credited depends on your bank or card issuer.
