1. Service Description

aimag.me is a web application offering AI-powered tarot readings. The service is a reflection and self-analysis tool. It is NOT a fortune-telling service, clairvoyance, or life coaching. Interpretations generated by AI are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. Eligibility

The service is available to persons who are at least 18 years old. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Minors should not use the service without the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Account Terms

An account is created using an email address and password, or via third-party sign-in (Google, Apple). One email address may be associated with one account. The user is responsible for the security of their password and connected accounts. In case of unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to use the service in accordance with its intended purpose. The following are prohibited:

• Abusing the service, including intentionally circumventing reading limits or creating multiple accounts.
• Automated data collection (web scraping), copying, or redistribution of content generated by the service for commercial purposes.
• Using the service for purposes that are unlawful or to transmit illegal content.
• Impersonating other persons or organizations.

5. AI Interpretation Disclaimer

Tarot card interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence models and are for entertainment and reflection purposes only. They do NOT constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. The user utilizes interpretations at their own risk and should not make important life decisions based on reading results.

6. Service Availability

aimag.me is provided on a "best-effort" basis. As an AI-powered service, we actively and frequently update our infrastructure, language models, security systems, and inference pipeline to deliver the highest quality interpretations. These updates are an inherent and necessary part of operating a modern AI service and may occasionally result in brief service interruptions. We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage, response time, or uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (hosting, AI model providers, payment processors) over which we have no direct control. AI-generated tarot interpretations depend on external language model providers whose availability, quality, and output may vary. We reserve the right to change, replace, or discontinue specific AI models at any time to improve interpretation quality. 7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated interpretations will be accurate, complete, or useful. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aimag.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For free-tier users, our liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding EUR 50. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law, including Directive (EU) 2019/770. If you are a UK consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The service is intended for entertainment and personal reflection only — do not rely on AI interpretations for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.

8. Force Majeure

aimag.me shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, failures of third-party cloud or AI service providers, government actions, and strikes. During a force majeure event, our obligations are suspended. If such event continues for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, either party may terminate the subscription, and the user is entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of any prepaid period.

9. Scheduled Maintenance and Service Interruptions

AI-powered services require regular maintenance, including language model updates, inference infrastructure upgrades, security patches, and performance optimizations. These updates are essential to maintaining interpretation quality and are performed frequently. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily limits or suspends access to the service. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance. We reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance at any time without prior notice when necessary to protect the security, integrity, or availability of the service. Maintenance periods do not give rise to any right to compensation or refund, except where maintenance exceeds seventy-two (72) consecutive hours — in which case paid subscribers may request a pro-rata extension of their subscription period.

10. Service Modifications, Suspension, and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, including available tarot spreads, AI models, interpretation length, reading limits, and user interface design. Because our service relies on rapidly evolving AI technology, we regularly update and improve our systems to ensure optimal quality. Changes that materially reduce the functionality or limits of a paid plan (including pricing increases or reduction of reading limits, history, or AI response length) will be communicated at least thirty (30) days in advance via email. Such changes take effect at the start of the subscriber's next billing cycle following the notice period — subscribers retain their current plan conditions until then. If you do not agree with the announced changes, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile, and your current conditions remain in effect until the end of your current billing period. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice to paid subscribers with a pro-rata refund. Free-tier access may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

11. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel at any time in your profile settings. After cancellation, you retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. Refunds: a full refund is available within 14 days of the first payment. After this period, refunds are not provided. If we change the terms of your plan (limits, pricing, or features), you will be notified at least 30 days in advance and your current conditions will remain in effect until the end of your current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time if you do not agree with the new conditions.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify users of material changes via email at least thirty (30) days in advance. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the service before the changes take effect. Your current plan conditions remain in effect until the end of your current billing period. Continuing to use the service after the notice period indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Polish law. For consumers: disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. For non-consumers: disputes shall be resolved by courts of Czaplinek, Poland. EU consumers may use the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). UK consumers may refer disputes to a UK-approved ADR body (gov.uk/consumer-protection-rights). Designated point of contact for authorities under the Digital Services Act: aimag.me/contact.

15. Complaints and Remedies

If the digital service does not conform to the contract, you have the right under Directive (EU) 2019/770 to request: (1) bringing the service into conformity at no additional cost; (2) a proportionate reduction in price; or (3) termination of the contract if the lack of conformity is not minor. To file a complaint, contact us at aimag.me/contact describing the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. Customer service by email is free of charge.

16. System Requirements and Compatibility

The service requires: a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge — latest 2 major versions), a stable internet connection, and JavaScript enabled. The service is optimized for screens 320px and wider. No additional software installation is required. Updates to the service are applied automatically; we will notify you of updates that materially change the functionality.

17. Right of Withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital content supplied immediately upon payment: by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. No minimum commitment period applies to subscriptions — you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. 18. Intellectual Property and User Content

All intellectual property rights in the service (including software, design, branding, and original content) belong to MAGNET MEDIC Tomasz Fiedoruk or its licensors. AI-generated tarot interpretations are provided under a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license for your private use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content. You retain all rights to the questions and personal context you provide. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely for the purpose of generating interpretations.

19. Language

These Terms of Service are available in multiple languages. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your use of the Service involves fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, use of disposable email addresses for repeated free-tier access, chargebacks without good-faith dispute resolution, or automated access in violation of our usage policies. In case of suspension, we will notify you via email within 24 hours and provide an opportunity to appeal within 48 hours. Appeals are reviewed by a human within 5 business days. This process constitutes the human review mechanism under Article 22(3) of the GDPR where applicable. Accounts terminated for confirmed fraud will not receive refunds for unused subscription periods.
