Terms of Service

Version of 2026-10-09. Contracts concluded from 2026-10-09 are governed by this version. If you concluded a contract earlier, this version binds you once you accept it in the service or at a purchase, and provisions less favourable than in the version of 2026-10-08 no earlier than 2026-11-08. The changes do not apply to packs bought before they take effect or to the paid, current subscription period; these are settled on the previous terms. 1. Provider and contact

aimag.me is operated by MAGNET MEDIC Tomasz Fiedoruk, ul. Dworcowa 19, 78-550 Czaplinek, Poland, a trader registered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), kept by the minister responsible for the economy, VAT ID PL2530148533, REGON 331412634. Contact: e-mail [email protected], phone +48 604 060 080, form at aimag.me/contact. These terms set out the rules for providing services electronically and form part of every contract concluded in the service.

2. The service

aimag.me creates tarot card interpretations using artificial intelligence — you are using an AI system, not a person. Interpretations are for entertainment and reflection: they do not predict the future and are not fortune-telling or medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. You make your own decisions. In the service you can get a reading without an account (the contract is concluded when you request the reading and ends when it is delivered), create a free account, or buy a subscription, 30-day access (in Poland), a reading pack or the unlock of a single full reading. Scope, limits and prices are shown at aimag.me/pricing and before purchase; the description at the time of purchase applies, subject to changes under section 7. You need an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled and internet access. Using the internet carries typical risks, such as malware and phishing for login details — protect your password and device. Cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.

At every purchase, by ticking a separate checkbox, you accept the following deviations from the usually expected accuracy and continuity of the service:

I accept that: (1) the interpretation is written by an AI model without human review — it may get the name or meaning of a drawn card wrong, refer to a card outside the spread, miss the question or contradict itself; (2) during an outage of an AI model provider or maintenance, readings may be unavailable for many hours, exceptionally for several days.

3. Account and acceptable use

The service is for adults only. You conclude the free account contract by creating an account with an e-mail address or a Google or Apple account; one person may have one account and is responsible for keeping access to it secure. You can delete your account at any time in your profile, which ends the contract. It is prohibited to circumvent limits (including through multiple accounts or disposable e-mail addresses), to scrape content automatically, to use the service unlawfully, to submit unlawful content and to impersonate others.

4. Payments, subscriptions and packs

Prices are shown before purchase as gross amounts in the payment currency; payments are processed by Stripe. You conclude the contract by confirming an order with an obligation to pay or by starting a trial; we start the service right away and send a purchase confirmation with these terms by e-mail. A subscription (monthly or annual) is paid in advance for each period; with a trial, the first payment is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel earlier. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it; you can cancel it in your profile at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. If you are protected by German consumer law, after the first annual period you can terminate the subscription at any time with one month’s notice. A trial or discount applies only if the offer includes it, on the conditions shown before purchase. If a renewal payment fails, we suspend paid features until payment is made, and after unsuccessful retries the subscription ends. 30-day access (Poland) is a one-off payment that does not renew.

A pack is a one-off purchase of credits (1 credit = 1 reading), added to your account right after payment; a credit is used when you request a reading. Credits from packs bought on or after 9 October 2026, 12:00 UTC, are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase (until the end of the 60th day after the purchase date; we show the date before payment). Each new purchase extends all your still-valid credits that have a validity period to 60 days from that purchase. Credits with the earliest expiry are used first and, if the expiry is the same, those from the most recently bought pack; credits without a validity period are used last. Credits from packs bought earlier, or bought with a billing address in the United States or its territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands), do not expire; buying a new pack does not change them. If you ask within 12 months of expiry, we will restore expired credits once, free of charge, for another 60 days; after a discontinuation of the service is announced (section 9) we do not restore credits. Credits cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for money unless section 7, section 9 or mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a contract concluded in the service within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason, by sending a statement, e.g. by e-mail to [email protected] (a model form is in the Refund Policy). For a pack, this right ends when the first reading is generated from a pack credit, provided that at purchase you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged losing this right, and we sent you a confirmation of these statements by e-mail. For a reading unlock, the right ends on the same conditions when the full reading is made available. For a subscription and 30-day access, which at your express request we start providing before the withdrawal period ends, the right ends once the service has been fully performed; if you withdraw earlier, you pay for the period supplied until withdrawal and we refund the rest (the trial is free). Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method.

6. Conformity and complaints

We are obliged to supply a service that conforms to the contract; if it does not, you have the rights under the Polish Consumer Rights Act. You can submit a complaint by e-mail to [email protected] or via aimag.me/contact, describing the problem. We reply to consumer complaints within 14 days of receipt, by e-mail. Information on out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, the rules of access to them and the register of authorised bodies: polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.

7. Changes to the service, prices and terms

We may change the service and these terms for valid reasons: changes in the law or decisions of authorities; withdrawal or changed terms of our providers’ services (AI models, hosting, payments); security and abuse prevention; introducing new features, spreads or AI models — to the extent the change follows from that reason. Changes cause you no extra cost, and we do not alter readings already generated unless the law or security requires it. If a change materially and negatively affects your access to or use of the service, we will inform you by e-mail in advance; you may then terminate the contract without notice within 30 days of the change or of being informed, whichever is later — we will refund part of the price for the unused period, and for credits under the rules in section 9. We may change the subscription price because of changes in taxes, our providers’ prices or exchange rates; the new price applies from the first renewal falling at least 14 days after we e-mail you, and until then you can cancel the subscription at no cost. We announce changes to these terms in the service and e-mail subscribers and credit holders the new text with a description of the changes, the effective date and a reminder of what happens if they do not terminate. Unfavourable changes take effect no earlier than 14 days later and, for subscribers, from the first renewal after that day. If you do not terminate the contract by then (by cancelling your subscription or deleting your account), the new terms bind you from their effective date; changes do not, however, worsen the conditions of credits bought earlier unless you accept them. After changes take effect, a free account can be used once you accept them. We may change or end the free plan for the reasons above or for economic reasons, announcing it in the service at least 14 days in advance.

8. Interruptions and force majeure

The service may be interrupted, in particular during maintenance and provider outages (see section 2). We are not liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure, i.e. an external event we could neither foresee nor prevent (e.g. a natural disaster, war, a widespread network failure, a decision of an authority); a provider outage is force majeure only if it results from such an event itself. This does not limit your statutory rights where the service does not conform to the contract.

9. Suspension, termination and discontinuation

We may suspend your account or terminate the contract with immediate effect if you seriously or persistently breach these terms — in particular by circumventing limits, creating multiple accounts, scraping content, committing payment fraud or submitting unlawful content. We will inform you by e-mail. While an account is suspended, subscription renewals are paused. We will refund the paid, unused part of the service, subject to set-off of our due claims arising from the breach.

We will announce a permanent discontinuation of the service in the service and by e-mail to subscribers and credit holders at least 30 days in advance; from the day of the announcement we do not restore expired credits. For a paid subscription period falling after the end date and for credits that are still valid on that day or have no validity period, we will refund you on request within 14 days of receiving it — using the same payment method or, if that is not possible, by bank transfer to an account you provide; the same applies if the service ends earlier for reasons beyond our control. For each credit we refund the amount paid for the pack it comes from divided by the number of credits in that pack; used credits are assigned to packs in the order set out in section 4. Credits granted without payment (e.g. in a promotion) are not refundable; restoring credits under section 4 does not change the fact that they were paid for.

10. Content and rights

Rights in the service (software, design, brand, editorial content) belong to MAGNET MEDIC Tomasz Fiedoruk or its licensors. You may use interpretations for your own private use; they may not be distributed for commercial purposes without our consent. By entering questions and other content you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to process it as needed to provide the service and to create anonymised, aggregate statistics; you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe the law or the rights of others. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.

11. Final provisions

Contracts are governed by Polish law; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence to the extent they are entitled to it under the rules on applicable law. Disputes with consumers are heard by the court competent under general rules, and disputes with business customers not protected by Article 385⁵ of the Polish Civil Code by the court competent for the provider’s address in section 1. Towards such business customers we are liable only for actual loss, up to the amount paid to us in the 12 months before the event, except for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and to the extent the law allows liability to be limited. If any provision proves invalid or not binding, the others remain in force.
