Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with aimag.me. This policy describes our refund terms for subscriptions and one-time purchases. All payments are processed by Stripe.

2. Subscriptions (Seeker & Mystic)

All subscription plans include a 3-day free trial. During the trial, you will not be charged. After the trial ends, the following refund terms apply:

  • Free trial (3 days) — cancel any time during the trial at no cost.
  • Within 14 days of first payment — full refund upon request, no questions asked.
  • After 14 days — no refund for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile or via the Stripe billing portal.

3. One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment:

  • Question Pack (10 readings) — refundable within 14 days if no credits have been used.
  • Reading Unlock — non-refundable, as the digital content is delivered immediately.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at aimag.me/contact with your account email and the reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

7. Modulo di recesso UE
